Handmade by New York-based NorthForkIronworks, Argentine Wood-Fired Parrilla Asado Grill is perfect for making BBQ grilled meat over the burning wood or coals. It features a parrilla grill for enabling the grillmaster to lower the grill while cooking. Just with a simple rotation to the grill crank wheel, the user can also control temperature over the food while cooking. This way they can easily make traditional Argentinian cuisine or any other meal as they desire.
Measuring 54 x 28 x 70-inches and weighing about 300 pounds, this American-made Argentine Wood-Fired Parrilla Asado Grill is actually inspired by the creator’s friend Francis Mallmann, who is a world-renowned Argentinian chef behind the “Live-Fire” movement in the outdoors. The Live Fire movement is about cooking various types of BBQ cuisines over wood in a camp or any outdoor setting.
Influenced by the same outdoor cooking movement, the designer has handmade this Argentinian-style grill that is suitable to cook almost anything – be it a stack of ribs, a striped bass, a peck of peppers or eggplants. Everything you cook on this grill will be prepared with utmost control over the grilling technique while adding the desired flavor to the recipes.
The “V” grill is made from solid stainless steel to enable the juices for the meat steaks to flow directly onto the basin, without falling off into the fire and create unwanted smoke all around. This grill has been created, keeping all Argentinian history and tradition in mind.
Moreover, the clean up is easier after the yummy meals are ready. All you need is a damp cloth or a grill cleaner for wiping off the grime and smoke dust, and it’s good to store in the outdoor area or inside a cabinet in your garage until required the next time. However, we believe that you’d be in need of this stunning grill through the summer, this year.
If you want this grill in your backyard, you can request for this made-to-order grill on the designer’s official Etsy shop, where it is priced at US$ 3,750.
