1.5kg chicken cut into quarters
2 tablespoons brown vinegar

70g tomato paste
1 cup tamarind sauce (thick)

Salt to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Instructions:
1. Take a large bowl and add the brown vinegar, turmeric powder, salt, garlic and ginger mince, paprika, tomato sauce, tamarind sauce, cumin powder, and sugar. Mix everything well.
2. Now, add chicken pieces into the bowl while coating them with the prepared marinade. Let it sit for two hours in a refrigerator.
3. Preheat oven to 200°C or barbecue grill .

4. If you are using a barbecue grill, add chicken pieces onto the grill and let it cook for around 8 to 10 minutes on either side unless the chicken is properly prepared. If you are cooking on an oven, put the chicken pieces into a casserole dish and start baking for one hour at 200°C.
